Article II: Purpose of the Trust
The Gonen Statutory Trust (the “Trust”) is formed for the purpose of engaging in any lawful activity for which a statutory trust may be formed under the Wyoming Statutory Trust Act. Specifically, the Trust is established to:
- Hold and Manage Assets: To acquire, hold, manage, and dispose of real, personal, and intangible property on behalf of the Beneficial Owners.
- Protect Equitable Interests: To provide a secure, private framework for the administration of assets in a manner that protects the equitable interests of individual Beneficial Owners.
- Ensure Asset Partitioning: To maintain a strict legal separation between the property of the Trust and the personal estates of its Beneficial Owners and Trustees.
