Wyoming Trust & LLC Setup Checklist:

Draft and sign the Revocable Living Trust document (must be notarized).
Establish a Wyoming LLC (use a Registered Agent for privacy).
Sign the ‘Assignment of Membership Interest’ to transfer LLC ownership to the Trust.
Update the LLC Operating Agreement to list the Trust as the sole Member.
File a ‘Certification of Trust’ and the Assignment with your bank to update account records.
Record a ‘Transfer on Death Deed’ or Quitclaim Deed for any Wyoming real estate.
Re-title brokerage accounts or stock certificates into the name of the LLC.
Store original documents in a secure location and provide copies to your Successor Trustee.
